After your order is submitted the following will happen. Within 24 hrs, we will contact you via text/phone call to let you know your order is received. We will begin growing your microgreens at the perfect time so that they are ready Your microgreens will be delivered on Tuesday, two weeks after your order. We will contact you the Monday prior to remind you of the upcoming delivery. On delivery day, we will contact you 30 minutes before arriving at the delivery address to let you know we're on the way. -Our weekly delivery days are every Tuesday from 8am - 7pm. -You will receive an email confirmation with expected delivery day when your order is placed. -One day before delivery we will send you a text message to remind you of the upcoming delivery. -On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message with an approximate arrival time. -A final text message will be sent to you once your order is at your doorstep.

In order to keep your greens fresh and crisp, please keep them in a refrigerator between 35°-40°F.

Although we grow indoors in a controlled enclosed environment, we always recommend that you give your greens a quick rinse with some fresh water.

We grow all of our greens indoors, in a controlled enclosed environment. We use OMRI certified organic coco coir (Coconut Fiber) soil and the plants are hydroponically fed using an organic fertilizer called "Ocean Solution 2-0-3".
